Digital infrastructure for Elite Connect

Project Summary

Elite Connect provides fibre internet connection to thousands of households accross the UK. Since 2022, we help them by setting up and operating digital infrastructure, both internal and client-facing.

Challenge

Any business consists of lots of moving parts. There are contracts, payments, marketing, customer relations. Elite Connect is no exception to that. Many of these moving parts take place online. That's why Elite Connect was looking for a partner to keep these moving parts, moving smoothly.

Solution

Webdesign
We built a website that showcases Elite's services, such as fibre internet and VoIP. Social proof is presented with testimonial videos and reviews from Trustpilot. There are multiple ways for potential customers to get in touch. The responsive website was designed with Elite's strategic goals in mind.

We also designed other touchpoints, such as onboarding emails or contracts.

Automations
We brought together various digital tools with smart automations. For example, a new customer is automatically sent the right contract to sign. This has created a transparent and streamlined onboarding experience. We deploy custom-made multi-step Zapier workflows to continuously upgrade internal processes and customer interactions.

Staff training
To empower Elite Connect staff to do more, we recorded instructional screencasts. These screencasts show how to accomplish specific tasks in Stripe and other digital tools.

Administration and operations
We have been helping Elite Connect with numerous tasks, such as setting up landing pages for new Elite Connect locations, launching sales on Stripe and across landing pages, as well as maintaining website security.

Results

PZ labs has become a trusted partner to Elite Connect. Our Stripe admin work has yielded them thousands of pounds. Our work has professionalized their presence and workflows. It has enabled the company's leadership to focus on advancing their business.
